Booking Policy:
Guests can make bookings through various payment methods including credit card, debit card, QR code, UPI, and pay later options.
Booking confirmation is subject to availability and successful payment authorization.
For pay later options, full payment must be settled upon check-in.
Early Check-In Policy:
Early check-in is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Guests requesting early check-in may be accommodated based on room availability.
Early check-in before 9:00 AM may incur an additional fee equivalent to half of the room rate for the previous night.
Late Check-Out Policy:
Late check-out is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Guests requesting late check-out may be accommodated based on room availability.
Late check-out between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM may incur an additional fee equivalent to half of the room rate for an additional night.
Late check-out after 3:00 PM may incur a full night's room rate charge.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made 2-3 days prior to the arrival date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made 1 day prior to the arrival date are eligible for a half amount refund.
Cancellations made on the day of the arrival date are not eligible for any refund.
Refund Policy:
Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days, subject to the terms of the cancellation policy.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for booking
Visitors Policy:
Visitors are welcome in common areas of the hotel during designated hours.
Visitors are not allowed in guest rooms.
Guests are responsible for the behavior and actions of their visitors while on hotel premises.
Long Booking Policy:
Guests booking for an extended period must provide a valid card or make an advance payment for the entire duration of the stay.
Housekeeping services will be provided based on the length of stay, with regular cleaning and linen change included.
Guests extending their stay beyond the initially booked period are subject to availability and may need to relocate to a different room.
Any changes to the booking duration must be communicated to the hotel reception at least 2-4 days in advance.
Drugs and Alcohol Policy:
The possession, distribution, or use of illegal drugs within the hotel premises is strictly prohibited.
Guests under the influence of drugs or alcohol causing disturbance to other guests or hotel staff will be asked to leave the premises immediately
Code of Conduct:
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and considerate manner towards fellow guests and hotel staff.
Any behavior deemed disruptive, abusive, or offensive towards others will not be tolerated.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or accommodation to any guest who violates the code of conduct.
Safety and Security Policy:
Guests are responsible for the security of their belongings during their stay at Shreeji Vatika.
Visitors must be registered at the reception desk and are not allowed in guest rooms beyond designated visiting hours.
In case of emergency, guests should familiarize themselves with the nearest fire exits and evacuation procedures displayed in guest rooms and common areas.
The hotel is equipped with surveillance cameras and security personnel to ensure the safety and security of all guests and their belongings.
Any suspicious activity or behavior should be reported to hotel staff immediately.
Additional Policies:
Lost and found items will be held for 7-10 days and can be claimed at the front desk.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including but not limited to non-compliance with hotel policies, inappropriate behavior, or failure to adhere to local laws and regulations.
By making a reservation and/or checking in, guests acknowledge and agree to abide by the hotel's policies and regulations.
By staying at Shreeji Vatika, guests agree to comply with the hotel's policies regarding conduct, smoking, drugs and alcohol, and safety and security. Failure to adhere to these policies may result in eviction from the premises without refund.
